Who We Are

Welcome in Cracow is a local tour operator based in the heart of Kraków.
Since 2017, we have been helping travellers from all over the world discover the most meaningful and historic places in southern Poland – especially the
Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial & Museum and the Wieliczka Salt Mine.

We are a small, dedicated team of locals who believe that travel should be personal, smooth, and deeply memorable. Every tour is organised with care, from your first message to the moment you return safely to Kraków.

Our Story

Welcome in Cracow was founded on 1 August 2017 out of a simple idea – to offer visitors a more personal and trustworthy way to explore the most important landmarks near Kraków.

Over the years, we’ve built strong relationships with professional drivers, experienced guides, and local partners.
Our guests often tell us that what makes the difference is not just where we take them, but
how we take care of them along the way.

Our Mission

We believe travel is more than moving from one place to another — it’s about understanding, connection, and respect.
At Welcome in Cracow, our mission is to help people experience the history of Auschwitz and the wonder of the Salt Mine with empathy, comfort, and peace of mind.

We take care of the logistics so you can focus on what truly matters: learning, reflecting, and experiencing Poland in an authentic way.
